It’s a Girly Life for Me

I see so many girls chasing after what they believe will be a perfect life, saying things like when I achieve the perfect life I’ll be happy. What does a perfect life even look like? Will that image of perfection change when you reach the point of what you think perfection looks like today?

Like Candace, I can say that it’s a girly life for me. What does that mean? In order to have a girly life right now, all I need to do is something that makes me feel girly on the inside. The good news is that you can do the same thing. Do something right now that gives you the tingly girly feelings inside. Right now, I’m going to spritz a little perfume on the insides of my wrists just like I do whenever I walk past a beauty counter in the store. What are you doing to boost your girly feelings? Hugs.

Yo ho, yo ho, it’s a girly life for me.  Surely nobody actually believes that there is such a thing as “the perfect life.”  At the same time, people seem exhausted in their gross attempts to achieve it–most times, feigning the impression of it.  This rat-race we call life can be filled with so much pretentiousness, friends, neighbors, family, etc. pretending to have what they don’t.  There’s no wonder why we have such a cynical view of all kinds of people. It makes a person want that bottle of rum–the whole fifth! Yo-Ho…

No, I don’t want the perfect life.  I like it the way it is in girliness and with a growing passion for more and more femininity.  I shouldn’t even dream of a so-called “perfect life” when being feminine–at least for boys like me–offers so much, now and in the future.  To many, the very thought of a feminine boy is imperfect, unconventional; twisted, even…a wet dream.  Yet, it’s a life to deeply desire and bravely develop in spite of what others might be spitting out about its cultural taboos.  Ugh!  Pass me the rum.

It may never come with the perfect income, the perfect home-life, the perfect social pattern, the perfect status-quo, the perfect respect, etc. etc. but being feminine doesn’t need all of that.  There’s so much more available for people who choose to be genuine, regardless of imperfections or perceived imperfections.  Being feminine provides what chasing the perfect life can’t begin to offer–a true life.

I have a tremendous amount of envy for trans-women.  My respect for these WOMEN almost deters me from calling them “trans”.  They are incredible inspirations for future generations of boys who want clear perceptions of who they are and who they are not.  They inspire me too.  I don’t envy them for becoming women, even though I think it’s one of the bravest things a person could do.  I don’t want to be a woman.  I’m jealous that they have completely put themselves out into the world to be true to themselves–most of the time at a great loss.  They, in my opinion, have abandoned the perceived “perfect life” to have a true life.

That, to me, is worth more than a bottle of good sippin’ rum–to abandon the “perfect life” to have a true life.  If that true life happens to be a girly-boy life, then let’s pull our panties up, tuck ourselves in tightly, and ride the waves of a feminine life and future.

Somebody, pass me another shot of rum!  Happy Halloween, you wenches!

I stay in shape by trail running. When I am not writing posts to help you be as feminine as you can be, I work as a therapist.
