YOU Have Worth

When it comes to living our girly lives we all respond positively to words of support and encouragement. Yet, occasionally we will hear some throwaway remark that cuts deep and has us doubting our worthiness.

Even though times have changed, it still takes courage to be girly. And you have courage. You are able to connect with your girly feelings and YOU have worth.

When you are expressing your girliness you make it easier for the next generation to be OK with being girly and having femme emotions.

This post was created by the talented Candie Hart and originally appeared on her Tumblr blog. It is reproduced here with her kind permission. Be sure to check out more about Candie at the end of the post and give her some Pink Femme love.

There are simple things that my wife tells me that actually mean something special, regardless of how mundane they might seem: “I love you.” “I miss you.” “Thank you.”  There are also some things that she says to me that really make me feel as if I have some value: “You are so sweet.” “I’m proud of you.” “You make me feel special.”  And then there are those things that make me feel extremely “special”: “You’re sexy in my panties.” “You’re looking hot in that negligee.” “You’re amazing in bed as my lesbian lover.”  Ok, so I fudged on a few of those.

The things my wife says to me–the real ones–often make me feel worthy and they almost always insist on “YOU.”  I know that whether or not I’m in girly mode, she sees me for who I am and not as some pervert.  She knows about, and at times, appreciates my girliness.  She sometimes jokes about it, calling me “girly”, “sissy”, “feminine”, etc.  But I know I have worth in her eyes because she wants me to be “YOU.”

I hope you realize how special it is to be a feminine girly boy.  So many boys have missed the opportunity.  So many men have pushed the possibility aside. It’s fantastic that you want, wish, and have a strong passion for being as girl-like as you can be.  Maybe it is a fetish or a perversion to you, yet it is such a remarkable and exciting aspect of who YOU are and will probably always be.

I thank you and am proud of you for being YOU; pantied, skirted, heeled, shaved, made up, dressed up, sissified, girlified, and feminized.  I’m happy that YOU are a boy who likes wearing bras, or pantyhose, or dresses, or wedged sandals.  I’m thrilled that YOU are a man who enjoys being cute, sweet, and pretty,  I’m thrilled that YOU are YOU.  In all of your girliness, you have worth.  You are my hero (heroine).

Much love to YOU!

I stay in shape by trail running. When I am not writing posts to help you be as feminine as you can be, I work as a therapist.
