Step Nineteen: Wear Lip Balm All Day Every Day

Welcome to step 19 of your personal journey to become femme.

In step 19 we will be adding a new layer to your daily skincare habits.

I am sure that you have been maintaining your weekly beauty routine with the steps that you have learned earlier in the program. By now you should already be feeling the benefits of soft, feminine skin.

Now it is time for your lips to become soft and feminine too. I am talking about lip balm, something we use every day.

Like you have done in the previous steps, I have some reading for you to do so that you can learn about lip balm and why it is important. Here are the articles for you to read before you come back here to find out the specifics of your task.

Your task for the week is split into two parts.

Getting Your Very Own Lip Balm

For the first part, you need to purchase your own lip balm. It needs to be a small container of the most feminine lip balm that you can find, something truly moisturizing. Don’t opt for a unisex Chapstick because you will deny yourself the feminine feeling of dabbing a fingertip into your lip balm and spreading it across your lips.

If you are brave enough to opt for a tinted lip balm then you may choose a stick-style lip balm as you don’t want the tint on your fingertip that will smudge off onto everything you touch.

Recommended Lip Balms

I really love EOS lip balms (available on Amazon). The little sphere containers fit easily into my smallest purse and feel super girly when I use them.

When it comes to tinted lip balms I like the Clinique Chubby Stick (available on Amazon). Again, the girliness of the container will leave you in no doubt that you will be adding a hint of pretty color to your lips together with moisturized softness.

Daily Lip Balm Routine

The second part of your task will be to use your new lip balm.

The last thing in the evening, after cleaning your teeth before bed, put some lip balm on your lips so that it can absorb overnight. Don’t use a tinted lip balm at night as it can stain your pillowcase badly.

When you get up in the morning, again after cleaning your teeth, put on your lip balm for the day.

During the day you are to put on lip balm after eating or drinking so that you can feel the moisturizing texture of your lip balm on your lips throughout the day.

Use Your Lip Balm Every Day For A Whole Week

Begin this part of your task at night before bed so that you can feel the soft feminine effects of your lip balm absorbing into you as you sleep.

You will be able to mark this task as complete once you have completed seven consecutive days of using your lip balm all day, every day. Focus on how using your lip balm makes you feel.

By the time you reach the end of the week, you will realize that you don’t want the feeling of soft, moist lips to end. The feeling doesn’t need to end. Continue to use your lip balm every day just the same as women all over the world do.
