It’s Simply Better

Having a super femme dress-up session can be super fun. At the same time, there is more to being girly than a skirt, blouse, and makeup. This is useful to remember during those days/weeks between opportunities to dress up so that you don’t start feeling down and grumpy.

An easy way to improve your mood is to do something today, right now, that will make you feel girly. Start with your posture as you sit and walk so that you can be girly and feel girly even if you can’t dress up. It’s simply better! Hugs

This post was created by the talented Candie Hart and originally appeared on her Tumblr blog. It is reproduced here with her kind permission. Be sure to check out more about Candie at the end of the post and give her some Pink Femme love.

We might not be in the majority of “men”, but for the special few who have a better awareness of the joy in femininity, being girly is simply a better way of living.

Over the past few weeks, I have personally noticed a drop in my mood.  I haven’t been as cheerful and personable as I typically am.  Maybe it was the stress of the holidays.  Maybe it was the onslaught of home projects.  Whatever it was, I simply wasn’t the pleasant soul that I normally am.  I didn’t have as much freedom to be girly.  It’s not that I didn’t dress the part.  I certainly had my girly dress sessions, especially while working out.  And I hardly touched any of my male underwear.  It was the attitude, the disposition, the posture, the walk, the gestures, etc. that, though typically girlier than the average boy, wasn’t as free-spirited and girly as I like.

I can’t help but compare what I’m like when I feel free to express my girly self with times when my feminine being is bottled up.  When my girly self is restricted, life isn’t as grand.  I feel special when I’m feminine.  I feel free when I’m girly.  I feel less stress, less anxiety, and less pressure when I can be effeminate as my girly boy self.  Yes, I truly believe that life is better when I’m girly.  Sure, it’s not for everyone; and perhaps, I try too hard to force it upon myself, but I can’t argue with my experience–at least for me.  Being girly is simply better–a better life with better moments.

Much love to you all,

I stay in shape by trail running. When I am not writing posts to help you be as feminine as you can be, I work as a therapist.
