I Want the Feels

I know that Candie created her caption just before Valentine’s Day, expressing how much she would like to be a Valentine’s Day princess while at the same time realizing how much she loves being treated on that special day.

This has got me thinking about a potential compromise for Candie and all you other girls who have wives/girlfriends. How about having your girly Valentine’s Day on a different day of the year? Don’t just pick any day, make it a day that has special meaning for your girly journey.

Maybe it is the anniversary of the first time you went 100% femme from head to foot. Maybe it is the day that you were first brave enough to go out in public en femme. It could be the anniversary of when you first came out as trans or when you started HRT. Whichever one you choose, I’m sure that you have a special day in your girly journey that can become your girly Valentine’s Day.

On your special girly day, go 100% girly Valentine’s princess! Maybe that will be getting a complete makeover at a studio like Dafni Girls, or at the very least getting your hair and makeup done by a professional or a friend.

This way you can have your girly Valentine’s Day without taking anything away from your wife/girlfriend on her day.

I am interested to hear how you girls feel about this idea. I’d also love to hear from wives/girlfriends as well, can you get behind the idea of your partner having her special girly Valentine’s Day on a different day of the year? Hugs.

Valentine’s Day is right around the corner.  It can bring out the romantic in any of us.  Sure, there shouldn’t be a special day to do that, but it certainly doesn’t hurt for there to be a day dedicated to it.  The problem for me, however, is that I have always been predominately on the giving and creative side.  I want to feel what a girl feels to be doted over and longed for.  I want to feel what it’s like to be someone’s girly Valentine.

Being a girly boy isn’t easy on days like Valentine’s Day unless their SO truly gets them.  I’ve shared many times how my wife tolerates my girliness some, and even with that, her interest seems to be dwindling a little at a time.  For once, I’d like to be on the receiving end.  I’d love to be gifted sexy lingerie instead of a sack of Reeses Peanut Butter Cup hearts.  I’d love to be a princess for a day instead of being expected to be Prince Charming.

I’m sure that many girly boys find themselves in the same situation.  They just want to feel like a princess on this day of love.  So, might I suggest that you share some love with girly boys.  It doesn’t have to be much.  Just help them feel the girliness they love in a special way on a special day. I know that I would appreciate it, but more than for me, for all of my girly friends.  Knowing that they are cherished would be a special gift for my heart.

Love ya much,

CandieHart

I stay in shape by trail running. When I am not writing posts to help you be as feminine as you can be, I work as a therapist.
