Grin and Bear it Girl Style

If you are at all like me you love getting the opportunity to let your girly side show. Whenever I do anything girly it brings a smile to my face. I’m sure that girliness makes you smile too.

I know that many of you girls are in life situations where you feel it impossible to let your inner girl show herself in all her feminine beauty. What you can do, today is pick something girly like tucking your arms to your sides with the insides of your elbows and wrists pointing forward while you walk so that your arms swing in a natural girly way without trying.

Maybe you can put on hand lotion every time you wash your hands. Another option is to have a morning and evening skincare routine.

Any or all of these things will nurture your inner girl and bring a smile to your face.

What will you do today to help elevate your girly feelings? Hugs

This post was created by the talented Candie Hart and originally appeared on her Tumblr blog. It is reproduced here with her kind permission. Be sure to check out more about Candie at the end of the post and give her some Pink Femme love.

In case you didn’t know, October 9, is “Bring Your Teddy Bear to Work Day.”  You may not even care.  You may not even have a cute teddy bear–maybe just a cute teddy.  Nonetheless, the question I want to ask, is, “Can you bear not being girly?”  I tell you, every day it’s difficult to not adorn myself in some girliness.  I’m obsessed with it–at least a little.  This is why I need to let go, let my girliness breakthrough, and let it offer some sparkle to my life.

But, what can I do differently?  What new feminine habit can I develop?  What girly mindset is there into which I can immerse my thoughts that I have yet to explore?  There is so much to learn, so much to train, and so much to gain!

So, tell me, dear friends, how do you let go?  When you can’t bear it any longer, how do you let go and be girly?

Thanks for your precious thoughts!

I stay in shape by trail running. When I am not writing posts to help you be as feminine as you can be, I work as a therapist.
