From my perspective being girly is the best feeling in the world. Part of what makes being girly so wonderful is that there are so many different ways to express your girliness that it can never become boring.
How do you express your girly nature? Let’s share that and help uplift and support each other to be as girly as we are able to be every day. Hugs
This post was created by the talented Candie Hart and originally appeared on her Tumblr blog. It is reproduced here with her kind permission. Be sure to check out more about Candie at the end of the post and give her some Pink Femme love.
I love being girly. I love feeling girly. I love thinking girly. I get all giddy when I can be free to be feminine. It brings me joy and peace. To express my girly nature is not something that I am able to do frequently. It’s a rough way of juggling life, but it is what it is. I’ve accepted that. So, all of this makes me very happy when I see boys who embrace femininity to its fullest. It brings a smile to my face when a male is liberated from his suppression and able to live life as his girly self.
I celebrate girliness wherever I can see it, but even more so when everybody can see it. Yes, I’m sometimes jealous, but I’m certainly not embittered about it. I choose to find happiness in other people’s freedoms. I’m proud of girly boys who not only embrace their femininity but who also have the courage to live it openly in spite of criticism toward them. Yes, I’m proud of all the secret panty wearers. Yes, I’m proud to share in the guise of androgyny with other girly boys like me.
But there’s a very special appreciation that I have for boys who are proudly demonstrating the girly life in whole and in person. If that is you, you are a hero of mine. You are a beautiful person and I applaud you. Thank you for being you.
With that said, let me be clear: I also celebrate all of my girly friends. Whether in secret or in public, you are special to me. You all bring much happiness to my spirit.
My love to you all!
