Girly Boys Are The Best

I like being girly and enjoy connecting with people who see the world through the same type of pink filter as I do. I like girly boys too – you make the world a better place.

As Pink Femme evolves I hope to encourage more girly boys to live their truth. I also hope that more women will begin to see the world in the way I do and that collectively we can make the world a little girlier.

This post was created by the talented Candie Hart and originally appeared on her Tumblr blog. It is reproduced here with her kind permission. Be sure to check out more about Candie at the end of the post and give her some Pink Femme love.

I like girls, I like pretending to be a girl, I like being girly even while being all boy, I like encouraging girliness, and I like fantasizing about adventures in all things girly.  Do you know what else I like?  I like girly boys.  I like pictures of crossdressers, shemales, effeminate guys, and trans-girls.  When I say “like” I truly mean like.  I appreciate girliness wherever I can see it.  Yes, there is a bit of sexual appeal, but it’s more of a jealousy than it is a lusting after.  I’m “pink” with envy.  But, by and large, I just like girly boys.

I don’t think anybody can undervalue the appeal of a boy who allows himself to be girly; a man who wears women’s clothing, shaves his legs, wears makeup and jewelry, acts like, talks like, and moves like a girl.  Any boy who can push aside gender stereotypes is someone who is attractive to me.  I’m drawn to them like a fairy to her princess.

This is one of the reasons I do what I do with my blog.  It’s not only about encouraging other girly boys.  It’s about giving myself the opportunity to surround myself with other girlies.  It’s about having friendships with beautiful, open-minded people that enjoy similar passions of my own.

So yes!  Girly boys are the best.  If only more people in the world would see it that way.  Much love to you, my girly-boy friends!

I stay in shape by trail running. When I am not writing posts to help you be as feminine as you can be, I work as a therapist.
