When a group of girlfriends gets together for a girls’ night out there are certain expressions that are uniquely girly. What I have seen is the more someone uses girly expressions on a day-to-day basis, the girlier they feel inside.
Without being crude, what are the girly expressions that you use, and how does it make you feel when you use them? Maybe we can learn a new girly expression from each other. Here is mine: “If at first, you don’t succeed, fix your ponytail and try again.” What’s yours? Hugs

After making the caption, I wondered if any of you, sweet friends, had actually heard the saying, “Don’t get your panties in a ruffle.” I sometimes forget that my little world is not experienced by everybody, so a caption like this might not make sense to some. Where I’m from, if a person is upset, then someone might tell them, “Don’t get your panties in a ruffle.” I’ve also heard, “Don’t get your panties in a bunch,” or “Don’t get your tail feathers in a ruffle.” I would assume that sayings like these get turned and twisted over time and across geography.
