Every single day I sit down to write at least 500 words for Pink Femme. Maybe those 500 words will get me into a writing flow that will end up with a whole blog post, and possibly today’s blog-writing will have some profound message to help new girls make their first girly steps.
More often than not those 500 words end up as part of a very rough draft that will sometimes head nowhere at all without many re-writes and a lot of editing.
The same applies to being girly. Every time you are girly won’t always bring a profound change to your life. However, most girly changes that you will experience come from consistency and layering a little more girliness over what you have already done. That is why the femme program here on Pink Femme is a 40-step program and not a 7-day program.
Girly hugs to each of you.

There are so many times that I stare at the screen, hoping that some caption I’ve created, either recently or in the past, might inspire me to say something helpful, and on a rare occasion, profound. And all too often, I feel a blank…like today. It actually does feel like a “mundane day”. I’m just not into the feels of my girliness. But I can at least say this: “But I’m still girly.” Just because I’m not feeling feminine, doesn’t mean that it’s lost. Or just because I can’t piece together thoughts as I’d like to inspire you, doesn’t mean I’m in “man-mode.” I’m still girly.
So, as I stare at the screen with hope to say something wonderful, I can at least say that the wonder of girliness is always full within me and I hope it is for you too. Some days, you’re simply more into it, but that doesn’t mean that you’re missing it. You’re still girly….thankfully….still girly.
Have a happy girly day, my friends!
